烏骨鶏卵づくし♪ - LUAN LUAN LUAN -

予告通り、"LUAN LUAN LUAN"にディナーをいただきに行ってきました♪

貴重な烏骨鶏卵を使った料理を存分に満喫。
これが〆ごはんのオムライス

オムレツはもちろん烏骨鶏卵。
デミソースにも烏骨鶏のミンチが入ってて、中はバジルライス~♪

デザートは桃とベリーのパルフェ

バニラアイスに烏骨鶏卵を使ったそうで。。。濃厚♪
旬を先取りした桃もゴロゴロ入ってて最高に幸せな味わいでした!

来月もお邪魔することになってます(笑)

As I mentioned, I went to "LUAN LUAN LUAN" to have a dinner course.
Their speciality is the dishes
which were cocked with precious egg of silky fowl.

Here's the last dish of omelette with rice.
The omelette was made with some eggs of silky fowl.
And he demi-glace sauce was made with mincemeat of silky fowl.
The rice was fried rice with basil.

As for the dessert, they served a peach and berry parfait.
They also used egg of silky fowl for the ice cream, and it had rich taste.

The peach was the earliest of the season.
I was glad to eat it.
The parfait was really delicious!

I have already decided to go there again next month.
