I'm jumping about a bit in time, but I went to Nagakute on Saturday. At first, we had a breakfast at a cafe called "べら珈琲" which was well-established coffee shop originated in Nagoya. There are some branches in Aichi, but the one in Nagakute is slightly special. They serve drinks with with Hermes.
Their blend coffee was 500 yen. It was a little bit expensive than other shops, but the elegant cup with beautiful lotus print made the taste a little richer.
As for the service breakfast, I chose ogura sandwich. Plenty of ogura was there between two slices of brown sugar bread. It was tasty, though it was quite sweet.
Iced coffee was also served with cup of Hermes. It really was huge!! The birds' pattern looked unique and artistic.
Well, after we had enjoyed Nagoya-style breakfast, we went to the "Toyota Automobile Museum". A nostalgic bonnet bus welcomed us.
Not only Toyota cars, but also European and American old cars were displayed. I liked the Baker Electric (1902, U.S.A.) . And the AlfaRomeo 1300GTJunior (1968,Italy) . I like the green color!!
But my favorite one was the Publica Model UP10 (1961, Japan) . It was really cute with complicated color. It was said to be sold as a lowest common denominator practical use car.
I am not actually a car enthusiast, I quite enjoyed looking at those cars. After all, I liked old cars!!
